This 'works', in that you can check the encryption status of the drive is, and it indicates that it is no longer encrypted. However...it doesn't fix the problem. Trying to boot a Linux USB, you can fiddle stuff to get it to work, but then are hit by the cursed 'recovery key' ransom, when you try to boot back to Win 11. So, whether there is 'encryption' anymore, or not, it won't get rid of the MS ransomware! So, what ELSE has to be done to fix this?

IT does resolve the PROBLEM , just not at that moment : if u make "quiet" in your room , take of your headphones... You will hear a small hard drive "sound" , it is "working " on " Decryption in Progress" , and you have a PERCENT as well on POWER SHELL . Just wait , and keep cheking from time to time same command : manage bde -status . It will DECRYPT the drive 100 % ! JUST WAIT !!!1

Hi, you all are giving simple mans solution.
This you can do only if you log in to your system. When Login pin doesn't work and all drivers are locked....you have no solution than to format and loose all data's. Am I right.
