Looking forward to the new layout, with scenery your collection will look so realistic and almost re-invent itself. Also looking forward to those reviews, there very useful. I had a go at reviewing the new bachmann class 105, it's not easy juggling a camera and a train! Feel free to check it out. Thanks, Everard Junction
DCC chips (and locos with DCC on board) come from the factory with the address "3". You need to use whatever DCC system you have to reprogram the chip to the address you need. A system with four-digit addresses allow you to use the loco's actual road number as the address.
@EverardJunction - thanks for the feedback! I'll be sure to check out your latest vids as soon as I can. In fact, please send me a message to my Inbox so I don't forget. Thanks! :)
@thickasiron - this is just a temporary layout. And totally not like the proper one. The proper layout has a 100% completely different design, so I am free to do as I wish with this one in the conservatory.
I like the class 58 and I've got the 'Falcon' if that's what you said, but in the LNER Blue - same as the Mallard - very nice loco :) Princess Elizabeth is actually my favorite LMS loco - and the prettiest :) You have some very nice locos, my favorite the class 37 in classic BR Blue!
@legoboy70 - videos on the new layout will appear when I'm good and ready to do videos on it. As for the DCC sound loco, that will be uploaded very soon. I think I have some videos to get done first but soon after them I'll be able to do the DCC sound one for sure.
i really love the look of your layout, the only thing i dont like is the placement of the level crossing. will you move it or get another to have a sort of 4 road crossing?
@InterCity82 well i might be changing my 2nd raddius with 3rd raddius (because most of my trains e.g my voyager doesnt make it round without derailing) i dont want to buy the track and find out it wont fit but i just want to know would 3rd or 4th raddius curves be able to make a loop around a 6ft by 4ft layout
@InterCity82 well you need 8 peices of curved 2nd raddius curves to make a circle you could take some spare 3rd raddius curves (i am shure you probably have spare peices lying around) put 4 3rd raddius curves to make a semi circle and measure from one side of the semicircle and measure it to thr other side
yes your class 58, ive got TWO 58035 and 58002 in railfreight livery got them both from loughborough model railway exhibitin for 25quid for both of them and for the age they run like a dream. well except for 58002 tat tilts like mad a bit lik a pendilino. Once it tilted so much the shell came of and whacked my double haded train of ews class 37's and broke the wire in 37198 so now the lights don't work! lol :(
i have a little question. All your digital locomotives. i saw a video on how to "register" a locomotive to individual numbers on the digital box but, question is. Have you got a list on which engine is logged to which number or have you memoried like 40 different locomotives. [i got 15 myself]
whats the difference between DC and DCC. Is it that DCC is the digital controller and DC is the old analog or whatever you want to call them cause im confused
@teddystorm1 - No. I only buy DC trains but if I want to make one of them DCC I'll buy a chip for it and fit it myself. Right not 50% of the trains are DCC fitted.
to be honest with u, i think it would be more logical to design your track layout in the room your going to put the final thing in, unless your conservatory is the EXACT same shape as the final room..... although it is ur choice and your railway is AMAZING so just do what works for you.....
@penninefilms - thanks for the comment! I use DC and DCC - best of both worlds! :)
@eanat11 - thanks for the feedback! More videos on their way!
@TheJTier - thank you!
@Rbrownsell - thank you buddy )

Thanks, Everard Junction
@Xantec - this layout is only a temporary one. The proper layout will be at waist height and on 3 levels of basebaord.
@MrHornbyman66153love - LOL! :D haha thanks
@GeneralRimmer - I recommend you get one :)
@hstben1 - I think I'll use it for a MotorRail service :)

@TZProdutionz - I can have whatever I want to have :)
wow, its simpley stunning with what you've done with this layout :) im looking forward to seeing some engines coming up that gradiant

@Orochifinikusu - the level crossing is there just cos it looks and sounds cool :) but it may move in the future.
@thickasiron - this is just a temporary layout. And totally not like the proper one. The proper layout has a 100% completely different design, so I am free to do as I wish with this one in the conservatory.

@mulhalzy - a different controller for each loop
I like the class 58 and I've got the 'Falcon' if that's what you said, but in the LNER Blue - same as the Mallard - very nice loco :) Princess Elizabeth is actually my favorite LMS loco - and the prettiest :) You have some very nice locos, my favorite the class 37 in classic BR Blue!

Looking good! When will the next update be?
@RCProductionable - because the point of it was to just try it out, for the proper layout I'm building. This layout is just temporary.
@jaannetts16 - thanks Jaike! Not bad for a tempory thing hey lol
Very cool layout mate
What a great layout you have i dont care about buildings i just drive the trains!
@RCProductionable - already been there. Done that. :)
@theLEGOcommander1 - thanks mate!
Awesome socks and layout
@gtacrusher123 - I'm not sure but if you increased the size of the Hornby track mat by about 1.5 times, you'd be pretty close.
@stillfreefilms - thanks! It'll certianly do for now :)
Im building a small End-to-end shelf layout at the moment. limited space is a pain.
wooo! good to see you back
Nice bridge and sidings there Will
@241BMR1 - Videos on it are coming up!
@InterCity82 i think you should hook every single rail car you have and hoot them up to the shunter
i really love the look of your layout, the only thing i dont like is the placement of the level crossing. will you move it or get another to have a sort of 4 road crossing?
@TheCatapultTV - Ahh yes, I'd like an Ivatt class too actually.
@2009Buzza - you can certainly do a lot with it! :)
nice idea, shame it is on the floor, are you going to put it at waist level or on a board in the loft at all?
good god...... ITS HUGE :D its awsome cant wait to see some lococs running on it :)
nice layout how long till you make the real layout.
@GeneralRimmer im aware of that just stating my excitment
Awsome work will keppe it up
@InterCity82 well i might be changing my 2nd raddius with 3rd raddius (because most of my trains e.g my voyager doesnt make it round without derailing) i dont want to buy the track and find out it wont fit but i just want to know would 3rd or 4th raddius curves be able to make a loop around a 6ft by 4ft layout
looks good nice track plan.
Great layout best layout!!!

@HornbyLad1000 - should be uploading more this week
Have you started work on the proper layout yet?
@InterCity82 One week is passed ;(
Waiting for your update !
brilliant vid!
a question you have 2nd 3rd and 4th raddius curves i want to ask what would be the area aprox for a semi circle of 3rd raddius and 4th raddius
With the digital control , how do you know what number to put in the control so it controls that train ?
@BlueberryJunction - Adobe Premiere Pro
i have a little question. All your digital locomotives. i saw a video on how to "register" a locomotive to individual numbers on the digital box but, question is.
Have you got a list on which engine is logged to which number or have you memoried like 40 different locomotives. [i got 15 myself]
I really like the bridge
It looks cool
@intercity82 how long till the proper layout is done
What was the train on the bridge
Your layout reminds me of Carlisle Kingmoor depot mate lol
@thing2liv - size isn't everything - some of the best layouts in the world are small, well done, conpact ones! :)
@Staratino - oh yeah definitely - too much!
@InterCity82, Looking forward to it.
Nice socks :P
Gee, you're taking your time aren't you?
But that's ok I guess I haven't done anything on mine in a few weeks.......
layout update time. the new one and the temporary one

@benG433 not at this moment in time no, but I should so soon.
to be honest with u, i think it would be more logical to design your track layout in the room your going to put the final thing in, unless your conservatory is the EXACT same shape as the final room..... although it is ur choice and your railway is AMAZING so just do what works for you.....
