PayPal only allows you one personal and one business account so they could in theory shut you down.
Yeah didn't work I even deleted it and put in back into my paypal and still didn't work.
It could be the type of visa that's not allowing it. Make sure you're sending it to another account and not to yourself (same account self).

Only way this works is to invoice yourself and then pay invoice with the gift card there’s a fee but it works.

You have to wait like 30 mins after you regester the card. That detail is left out in the video. and I had to pay like 14 bucks extra fee.

I don't think you need to do this, if there isn't enough funds on your paypal doesn't it allow you to use gift card funds also?
You have to have 2 PayPal accounts to do this... when I try to send to myself, I get the error: "You can’t send money to yourself."

You need 2 PayPal account. They can be both yours. That's how I did this in the video.

Make sure you have a second PayPal account to send the moeny to. Doesn't work if you're trying to send to the same account you have the card on file with.

It still works. Some do not work. Vanilla specifically you cannot do this method with.

@@resiack send an invoice from the main account to an email NOT registered with PayPal, then log in to the email and open the invoice And pay with the gift card
