It seems like something a mum would do,and the whole sentence written poorly makes it accurate lol. I feel like it's a relative. Tweek got called 'Misha' (which unlikely could be her name?) And not 'Tweek' so that's my take. A hacker won't be that smart for that little detail, and a hacker would've deleted her videos.
