First, the gift was very personal to Sheldon.
Second, Raj tried to TAKE a cookie.
Sheldon’s attitude wasn’t problematic.
The "Spok's Napkin" scene is probably the best scene of the entire series.
Kudos to the uploader for putting a short video in between Penny's gift to Sheldon and Sheldon's gift to her.

There is no love like the love of Amy. She stood by him at all times. She is the sweetest and the best in this show.
That marriage is gonna be HAAAAAAAAAAAARD on poor Amy. It's gonna age her 25 years in 5. Plus I think he will be a terrible father so she'll have to do most or all of the child-rearing stuff on her own.

The moment Sheldon realized Penny's Christmas gift to him was an autographed napkin by Leonard Nimoy was such a comfort to me! I miss my late husband Tim at Christmas, his favorite holiday, but I love to think about how he would smile at this scene, being the Star Trek fan he was. In fact, we went to a science fiction fan club and saw George Takai eating at the same hotel restaurant as us and Tim swiped his napkin after Takai left. So I guess we could have made our own George Takai if we wanted.

Meemaw gave Amy the recipe for her cookies before even meeting Amy. But then when she met Amy later on, she was nasty to her. This is not the Meemaw from YS.

So Meemaw did not share his brisket recipe with Sheldon's dad, but shared the cookie recipe with Amy! That shows her love and approval for Amy ❤
AND the fact she recognized that AMY will be caring for her Moon Pie when she's gone😊 This gives Amy a few years to get all the nuances CORRECT before she's gone & Amy can't ask😅😢

EVERY gift given to Sheldon brought legitimate tears to my eyes. Every one of them were so immensely thoughtful.

Live long and prosper is certainly one of my favorites of all.
I know some people may think that last clips isn't much cause they're cookies, but when something is made/from by someone you truly treasure, it's a whole show of fireworks.
Stuff like this is why I'm wanting to learn my grandma's recipes because of all the holiday meals and supper times I had with her homemade cooking won't be forgotten. Once in a blue one we still get them, but it's all worth the wait. It even helps me remember my grandad more too, easily the best man put of my entire family
People who haven’t moved far or lost their treasured people don’t understand as well how important something as simple as a box of cookies is. Since I lost my grandfather Sprite has felt different to drink. Some of my fondest childhood memories are when he would babysit my sister and I and he’d bring chips, chocolate and a 1.25L bottle of sprite.

No, you're not alone. I might have liked Friends if Rachel wasn't in it. The Big Bang didn't have any negative characters except Leonard's mom and luckily she wasn't in it too often. 😀🖖💕
@@rainydaylady6596 Howard’s behaviour towards women in the first few series is not great especially with Penny. I found it creepy and not funny. It made those first series harder to watch some times
