HeyBike recently released the HeyBike Mars 2.0 e-bike. This is an update to their best-selling Mars e-bike, and it takes things to a new level. The bike has a 750W hub motor and includes front and rear lights, brake lights, an updated cargo rack, and much more. Oh, and did we mention it folds, so you can take it anywhere?

Really hard to answer that. They are both really nice bikes, especially for the price. The Portola has hydraulic brakes while the Mars 2.0 are mechanical. I haven’t out them head to head but the Mars seems to have a bit more torque which is key if you have hills. But ultimately, I think either of them would serve you well and both of them are more appealing to me than the popular Lectric 2.0 I used to own. Largely may come down to the look.
