Jonny Davy is a total class act, both of these interviewers were pretty tough to watch. One guy even got the band name wrong for Christsake! He took it like a champ and kept the interview moving. I have a lot of respect for this guy.

@@pogo8050 it fit them when it was more of a “scene kid” type of band when just Doom was out. They quickly evolved into a straight up death metal band and they had to keep the name cuz that’s what people knew them by.
I take full credit for not doing the best job I could have fun. But, in hindsight - Jonny rolled with it - and it was perhaps the 1 interview that gave me the most laughs! After the interview - we laughed about the whole thing together. This is real life - and in real life - shit happens. Thankfully he and I were both cool about it - and that's why he insisted that I don't edit it to make it look professional! He really loved the TRUE nature of how it all went down! Welcome to LIFE!
This dude is a good friend of mine. Worked with him for 4 years at my last job. Incredibly intelligent person, easy to talk to, just an overall great guy.

This is great. Every time somebody asks what's the dumbest video on the internet, I link this. The ammount of groundwork this interview has behind it, can not be measured in time. Death of a Cowboy... Cowboy theme... Interviewer likes to annoy people with "the growl". This is... just... And that Metal Marion lady. She sounds just about as genuine as as a newscaster. When she said "It's an HONEST social commentary..." I was just... Wow... That didn't sound scripted at all.. It's cool though, that she did know how to read the press release.. And Jonny's face every time she spoke, was priceless. He had that "is this girl serious?"-expression. And you didn't even get the sarcasm "don't edit this". I mean no offence... This is just... It's unbelievable.. Thank you for making this.

Not to be rude here, but I was picking up some irritance in this interview. I can tell he was just trying to stay nice though. I know someone who's the exact way actually, as in tries to stay nice even when you're bugging him, and Jonny came off a little bit irritated in some parts.

Probably depends on what you consider to be a "good interviewer", she definitely appears well informed and a lot more professional than the tone king dude, however comes across a little less spontaneous because of that maybe.
