LYSBAERER is a duo comprised of Jamie de la Sencerie and Thomas Mascagni. The band was formed with a desire for creative freedom to compose the music that inspires them. Described as post-black metal, Lysbaerer aims for the intense edge of black metal while pushing beyond the classical black metal sound. Influenced by bands like Wiegedood, Wolves In The Throne Room, Groza, Panopticon, Ellende, and White Ward.
