    Do any commercial apps actually forbid reverse engineering in their license terms?

      Most of them no, because it is already forbidden by law in the US and other major countries. However, there are countries (like Israel for example) where the law permits RE. I think Apple products are the exception, they have a more restricting license.

      In EU it's legal regardless of the license so long it is done for scientific research at a university and not for profit, and also by a private company who needs to know how a component work in order to interoperate with it or to verify it is not doing bad stuff like malware, but never for commercial purposes like making a competing product.

    5:38 "i hope this is readable" no, dammit. a readable terminal has 80x24 chars. this video has 180x40 chars = 4x too small

    What I have learned from this video : heeuuuu,yeah so frida,heuuuuuu,so yeah,heeeeeuuuuu .Seriously I don’t even talk about his respiration because he maybe has an illness but this dude could have learned his text a bit more
