What's mind boggling to me, we get upset when people say were emotional. The truth is we are except we don't use those same emotions to propel us forward as a people we instead choose to cut each other down. Perhaps we should put our heads together and figure a path forward. Again vs. cutting each other down.
I remember as a child, I had aunt who was loud and brash, my mother told don't focus on how she says what she says rather focus on what she's saying. Good advice. The problem we want to focus on how people say things even if what said is the honest to god truth. The truth we make excuses and want other's to fix our problems vs. doing it ourselves why because many feel this country was built on our backs which is was, however how is crying about it is not going to solve the problem. Furthermore, how can we move forward if we aren't united.

They were somewhat both right in my opinion because yes blacks owned businesses and property. If you read the history, the whites came and burned down all businesses. Begin to cause havoc in black neighborhoods by claiming men were not doing good business and not selling good products. Read why the blacks had to leave and relocate. I have listened to her so many times and was just discussed about he delivery on social issues so I was hoping to go to at least one of her townhalls with her and her husband to get an idea of what she truly does for political and community activism. However, I never like D. Trump before the Presidency and gave him an opportunity but he disappointed me each time. I have been poor, gone to college now have student loans, and I have a career in higher Ed for over 20 years. Therefore my perspective on things are a little different. I'm not a person you throw a bone to and I come running. Nothing about Donald Trump impresses me. You guys say jobs, what type because I have professionals who not finding high paying jobs that are suitable for your career. I know teachers are still not getting paid. No one is doing anything about student loans debt. I bought a house and my taxes increased and I'm considered "middle class" but I didn't get a tax break. I have a small business a cant get up and running well. Let's talk police brutality, happening forever before Trump and with Trump. He does not to minimize how people view our young men or our culture but some are impressed. My fiancee is now a citizen from Africa. He came legally however, I never here anyone talk about the illegal whites that are in America. There is a documentary about how the illegal whites are never questioned about where they are from however you are harassing black and brown Americans. I dont agree with illegals in America but I dont agree with mistreatment of any human being and you have to be consistent. I hope you fight for equal rights for the black community with no hesitation as you do for Trump. I do. Everyday. And that’s where the problem is ppl wasted too much time talking about about their skin color and their feelings compare to others who came to this country their focus is work, family, education. I came to this country with nothing now I live in my dream home, my dream job and glory be to God I don’t live paycheck to paycheck anymore. I never see myself as a victim, or disadvantaged and I was born in one of the poorest country and I’m black. I left my country with good intentions, and very good morals and with the thought of being an asset for this country that I love and very grateful in so many ways. Having 3 meals a day is a huge blessing, but many people here don’t acknowledge that.
