My theory about Tony in Gamora's universe:
In the Main MCU, Tony was gonna sacrifice himself by sending the nuke into the portal to stop the Chitari invasion but he survived and fell back to Earth.
In Gamora's universe, Tony did survive but he didn't fall back into the portal to Earth. That made everyone believe that he died. After floating in space for a while, he ended up on Sakaar and became their prisoner, but he used all that scrap to build that hulk-sized armor, help Gamora overthrow the Grandmaster, escape Sakaar, and take down Thanos.

Fun fact : in an interview of Jeremy Renner(Hawk eye) and Robert Downey jr. someone ask “if you have to be other Avenger who would you be” and they switch seats, Iron man want to be Hawk eye every one.

Supposedly Tony gets to Sakar in Avengers. When he sends the rocket to space, he doesn’t go through the portal, and that’s how he ends up there

To be fair Firestar is a mutant character who appeared in 76178 Daily Bugle, though the character debuted in a Spider-Man comic.
Tony is on Sakaar since 2012 when he blew the missile into the Chitauri base, he didn't come back and he was taken to Sakaar

i had a magneto lego minifigure but when i was younger i didnt like the characters so i made them better by switching the pieces and im proud if it now i have 100+ original minifigs
In the comics hawk eye is so cool he has a power of hitting every shot and his motivation is if he missed then he is just a guy with a bow
