what cure you runing ? and why were you wondering if the meet was good on the first fish you cought even though it had a decent coverage of crome on it ?
Sweet and salty cure. 1/2 cup salt,1/2c sugar, 1/4 c Procure red hott double stuff. I have a video for the cure on my channel. The chinooks have been in the system a long time already and sometimes they look nice on the outside but are pale on the inside. Thats why.
@@HookedonKings509 appreciate it, been going down there for 3 years now every fall. This has been my best year so far for chinooks but those Coho’s have been a struggle. Only ever caught 1 . All be sure to give those a shot. Thanks again!
Hope you all enjoy the video remember to subscribe, like, comment and share. Thanks for watching.

Nice!!! I was thinking of going there this weekend!
Thanks! Don’t forget your rain gear gonna be a little wet this weekend. Good luck!
Just got back from a trip with Shane of Upper Columbia River Guide Service. Three of us limited in about 2 hours. The meat looks fine!
That’s great! Shane is awesome! I’m sure it was a blast. Thanks for watching
Please no rivers finna be packed 🤣🤣🤣
It’s packed everywhere. You get to fight crowds and fish theses days no matter where you go. 🤙🏼 it’s been that way for years now. Good luck out there
Hell yeah!!
Thank you!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🐟🐟🐟🐟
How recent is this. I have a 2 hour trip my sefl.
This was on Tuesday .
Nice catch. Maybe I’ll see you there one day 😎🤙
Thanks bro! That would be cool. Good luck out there.
Why not keep them in the water and release if you’re not going to retain them..
Hard to release in water when standing on a ledge. I do understand your concern. I did use barbless hooks to aid in quick release. Thanks for watching
September?
That was just last week.
Que tal funciona el scaner pensando en comprar uno
El escaner es chingon! Hay momentos en los que te muestra el pez que no estás pescando
Would you be willing to connect to take me out with you?
I don’t do that sorry. But i always help anyone I run into on the river. Thanks for watching
@HookedonKings509 i appreciate the reply
Awesome video! Do you have any other social media platforms so I can send you a DM?
I don’t. Thanks for watching
Do you just use eggs for Coho? Also, do you ever add anything to them before you fish them?
@ I mostly use eggs for coho. But sometimes we use corkys and eggs. Or bobber and jigs with shrimp. Maybe spinners hard to say what they want.
