      I prefer a pickled onion protein shake but that got me banned from my yoga class 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I would love to continue my old gym regime as I really liked it. Though going to any kind of gym is sketchy.
    The streching is definitely a good point, I've been failing at it. I'll have to take your advice and make it a priority.
