But this specific poem is about metaphors and explanations themselves. Butterfly is the thoughts that fly around randomly in mind, getting our consciousness (us) out of a joyful spiritual state (love), for which stillness and silence are mandatory prerequisites. Clothing is a mental description, that no matter how delicate and accurate it is, one can not wrap it around ( mentally describe) the love (those beautiful spiritual states), as it is still dense, thick, coarse, uncomfortable, lifeless and joyless in comparison. It is not the same thing. To enjoy and experience Love, one should not describe it (wrap cloth around it) as it makes us and her uncomfortable, at least in privacy, but one must experience and enjoy her naked (first-hand), circumventing the very thoughts and descriptions that might aim at beautifying the relationship but ironically, they are considered as uncomfortable obstacles between us and her.
