Looks like a fascinating dive into differing perspectives. It seems that there is the risk of falling into the mistake that other countries have made, where Indigenous people are neglected and abused and their way of life is gradually eradicated in the name of "development". But the development is a form of capitalism where lives and cultures are secondary to the almighty dollar. In my opinion, money does not justify deliberate cultural erosion of any people group. We need to be cautious of "development", as that can be used as a gentle word that actually means cultural genocide.
