Do you know where to get the red and black speaker cable on the inside? I took it apart because it was broken and I lost the speaker wire (not the charger) and I can’t put it back together anymore
just use any two wires and solder them.

It's not bad, my kids love this speaker and baby shark sound very well.

First check if there no some small rock near speaker.
