Porsche 997.2 Carrera Rear Bumper Removal (2009 - 2012)

The design of the 997-2 is such that the rear bumper and cover have to come off to preform many of the maintenance items on your Porsche.
The bumper and cover are easy to remove. Just take your time and if you are worried about scratching the paint, tape any surfaces that you think might get marred. You do not need to lift the car or remove the wheels to remove the bumper or cover.
