I try to play in 3 game sittings, then afterwards i watch vods (wins or losses) and be very honest and critical of myself. Ive been hardstuck low gold for 4 seasons this season i peaked emerald 4. The most important part for me is short sittings of league, if i spam games my mental goes boom. Everyone is different but one thing is certain watching vods and being honest about your OWN gameplay DOES help you IMPROVE.
Everyone in high elo has internalized this truth. You can't always carry them, but you should be able to which is what grts you the LP. It is harsh but true. People just don't watch their replays and just spam ranked without refining themsleves in norms first
You may be slightly better than your teammates, but it's not enough to make a meaningful difference until you can start winning. It makes you mad because it's true.
You have to be able to impact other lanes. Of course some games you will have 0/10 teammates 5 minutes in. But for example, your mid can be either way better, relatively equal, or way worse than the enemy mid. If you impact mid more than the other team your mid will be more useful. Of course there are games where mid throws lead or is way worse and the help does nothing, but those are the minority of games, not majority. Have to impact other areas of the game beyond your own lane to have a high win %. Also, carry champs make it much easier to do this. Can’t be confused when you can’t carry without a carry champ. Don’t let low elo teammates decide if you’ll win by trusting them to carry.
If only I didn't suck at improving

Unfortunately not every champion is a hard carry, you need at least one other lane to be able to play well 😢
