適量胡椒粉
適量鹽
粟粉1/2湯匙
水1湯匙
蛋4隻=1杯
水1 1/2杯
調味:
鹽, 胡椒粉, 油
蒜頭1瓣
3)*西蘭花炒雞球:
雞肉12安士(342克)
生抽1湯匙
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1/2湯匙
西蘭花14安士(396克)
豆豉1湯匙
蒜頭2瓣
適量薑
混合醬:
蠔油1湯匙
生抽1茶匙
糖1/2茶匙
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1茶匙
水1/3杯

2 dried figs

Some white pepper
Some salt
1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

你好, 蒸水蛋有很多種方法, 選擇一個自己喜歡的, 有些方法不用蓋上碟也能蒸出滑的水蛋, 我用的方法是有一位觀眾教我的 , 覺得很好所以分享給大家
