Awesome video i'm currently learning the deck myself. On that note would you mind clearing up the Small World lines to fetch Razen out of the deck? i just can wrap my head around it and keep forgetting stuff.
Thats fair, its an easy thing to do. I normally don't pre-plan the lines for Razen in this deck, I normally use the card because it gets me access to outs to any situation I need it to really. Trying to sum up lines would be its whole own video lol Ill see if I cant explain it a bit on my next VS vid
Deck is really strong, I had a similar experience getting to master 1 the other day. Just pretty easy climb, I went like 17-3 to hit master 1 and had a 8 win streak a day or two before that. I wasn't running any kaijus and played d.d. crows and seems like I had a different experience in matchups though. Played against 0 purrely but lots of mathmech and decks that crow worked well against. Crow was even decent in the mirror match. Also I also agree that ariseheart is a great option. Had 3 games where my opponent had big kashtira board and I used talents or my own fenrir to make zeus for an instant win.
No Kaijus is pretty brave, although I suppose Kurikara also does much of what you would use Kaijus for. If you didnt see any Purrely then it likely wouldnt have been much of an issue for you
@@convergedgaming9948 I wasn't running Kurikara either, building VS burnt all my UR points. I think I just got super lucky to not run into purrely in like 30 or so games!
@@convergedgaming9948 About the only thing you Kaiju that you'll regularly see is Purrley and you should see enough non-engine to deal with them before they get to that point. If they get the Noir without needing Leap AND you have no Hand Traps at all then they're just the better player :kappa:
Your first game is exactly why I hate konamis philosophy of consistency hits rather then hitting ceiling Decks either hit their combo and you end up in a draw the put situation Or The brick and end on trash board or scoop I play tested purely with this banlist… it either ends on noir + UDF or just plump…. Konami want to keep raising the ceiling aka power creep forcing people to do dailies every day or buy gems to keep up
Well honestly you want to focus most on the middle monster. If you can bridge through Borger, Mad Love, Dogoran or Jiaolong, then you can grab Razen and pretty much everything in the deck can bridge into one of those
More flexible and less bricks, but the ceiling isnt quite as high. Harr is pretty nuts. Honestly comes down to preference but the greater flexibility of the pure version will likely net more wins in the long run
@convergedgaming9948 and other generaider variations you might look at? Kash generaider can be pretty disgusting, and I've been thinking of trying generaider bystial control
Playing Vanquish Soul is like dancing. You do the correct steps and you win with style. Nice video man!
Thanks! It does often feel that way, more like a 2 player experience than a turn based game of 'I Activate'
😂😂😂 i love wen u say "cause we're just that guy" that is officially ur catch phrase now 😂😂😂
Gonna have it printed across merch at this rate 🤣

you had enough fun with VS now build our good old and improved thunder dragon deck!
I actually already have a Thunder Dragon-Link deck lined up and coming up soon
VS is the modern floo lol
Shifter, (almost) immune to maxx c, can play on opponents turn, recycles resources
I get big PUNK vibes from it except it dodges PUNKs most crippling weaknesses

Does anyone know the small world lines? I’m terrible at getting Razen using small world.

Man i need a deck list lol
vanquish or lab?
I dunno man, VS is a ton of fun but I just made that Slifer Lab deck and I am loving it to bits right now. Tough call
