I found a mistake . the doctor said that the main pancreatic duct joins the common hepatic duct but it doesn’t . it connects to the Common bile duct to form the Hepatopancreatic Ampulla ( Of Vater )

Yes...common hepatic duct joins cystic duct to form common bile duct(CHD). CHD is joined by Pancreatic Duct to form Hepatopancreatic Ampulla.
