Sir what do you think is 3.6 or 4lpa is good amount to start my carrier through campus placement as a MCA student? And how much time will require to achieve 10lpa+ ?
And one more question this is a bit stupid but i wanna ask 😅
If a person get in a company at 3.6lpa and he stays there for years like 9-10 years + and he's the same skillset which he had while joining at 3.6 ! So will this person get promotion and will his salary ever touch 7-8lpa+ with the same skillset in particular company! ??
If you don't have any other job, this is the best option
It will take 3-4 years to achieve 10 LPA.
Yes his salary will increase and might touch 7-8 LPA but promotion I doubt.

Yes they do pay for 2-3 months salary.
@@SaddaaINDIA Need a clarification. The severance package will be paid by company only if they terminate employees. But in reality, companies ask employees to resign voluntarily. So in this case do employees get the severance package?
@@Gaurav-h9u If a company ask to leave because of your poor performance you might won't get anything but if they are laying you off they must give you 2-3 months of advance salary. But these things depend upon many T&C.
govt jobs are best
In terms of job security they are but in terms of salary they aren't. Also government jobs are very less and the competition is too much.
