I got them off Etsy, I have purchased soooo many, lol. The B&W one came from Romantica Arts on Etsy.
I think you should take the hard drive back and gripe out the manager. And did you save to an S drive or the cloud???
I am taking it back tomorrow……nothing saved to cloud 🤦♀️
