I shared a room with my sister, the matching frames different comforter is realistic. Though, we did do the same comforter when we had bunk beds, and at one point I had a black comforter with pink zebra strip sheets, and my sister had a pink comforter with black zebra striped sheets.

The whole ‘same bed frame different cover’ is totally realistic. When my mom took my sister and I out to get new beds she just bought the same bed frame because it was easier.
It’s kinda funny that the blue really is a ”boy mom” colour. My step mom has only sons (I’m a girl but she’s not my biological mom) and her apartment actually has lots of blue

Edit: Wow, this blew up. First of all- it was a suggestion. The fact that it’s two teenagers that have obviously been through a lot would heavily impact the build. It’s not a runaway, they could both have jobs to sustain themselves, so it would be a little nicer. It was just a suggestion for a build in a GAME. Chill out. Also I’m seeing a lot of casual homophobia in here, so I’m not going to be replying to every comment, but I’d like to say thank you to everyone who’s calling out the more extreme people in the replies.
Less runaway, more older teen living on their own, so they could have a job, maybe a significant other. Also, gay.
Anon X is it actually necessary to say ”gay”? I don’t think gay people have a different sense of decorating apartments unless it’s stereotypes. being a ”teenager kicked out” and a ”gay teenager kicked out” is the same, it doesn’t affect the way of furnishing actually.

Was thinking the exact same thing! I can imagine them moving into a house together with LOADS of bedrooms XD also it'd be so cute because the girls get a mother figure and the boys get a father figure and they love the others kids as if they were their own.
You should do a blended family apartment with the single mom and single dad! Maybe put them in one of the big apartments. That would be so fun !

I really like on how you have the boys room so messy and neat, sort of, but I love it, I also love how you have everything oraginze for them and stuff on when they get ready for school and things like that.
I think it would be so cute and cool if you had the families blend together and make series playing their story and eventually they all move in together in a new house!!

Please make a good witch castle/magical tower? Not a huge castle, but a smaller one with flowers 🌸 cascading up the walls 💗 Maybe similar to the white magical palace that Marmelad built recently!

I’m not sure if this is something that you’d want to do. But would you ever want to build a TV set house in the sims? As in a house set from a tv show or movie and build it in the sims? And if you would be open to it would you do the fuller/full house home? I love that’s show and the house is kinda iconic I feel like. ☺️💕

Love the build. Feels so homey!!! I love using the sized down stage prop toy box thingy. My parent sims can't clean up the toys I left laying around for decoration.

I'd LOVE to watch you building a house on The Sims 2 for PlayStation 2 - which I grew up playing. I get very curious to see how you would do with such a limited game in construction terms. No second floor, no roof, no custom content; just with the basics. I'm sure you would do an amazing job!

I think a cool building suggestion would be a single mom of a child (gender of your choice cause the idea works both ways) the house to be centered around scouts. Like the mom cooks and bakes goodies for the kids while the kids have scout meets at the house. A super secret treehouse would be cool too. Could make an official club if you plan to do this for your save and even create a rival club against them.
SimLicy could you please try to make more base game apartments. If not baseball base game some Cats and Dogs, City living, Tiny living, Island Living, or Dine out! PLEASE PLEASE! It could be a no cc base game build

Do a twin house (both boys) where one is a professional football player and the other one is a fashion designer. The fashion designer twin loves pastels and soft colors an he decorated the entire house. His twin's room, even though is renovated with style, is all cluttered and a mess overall ^^

i'm not sure if you did this idea before, but i think building a place for a remarried couple with their multiple kids from their previous marriages would be interesting! (like a mother with 3 kids marries a father with 2 kids or something).

I find your explanation for not putting dogs in apartments vs getting a cat very interesting, I live in an apartment and I would never have a cat, cats can and definitely do jump out of windows, they don't understand just how high they are, they see a bird flying close by and try to get it, and if you live higher than a second or third floor, that's not a fall the cat would survive to, and most landlords and residents associations would not let you put bars on the windows to protect your cat, on account of the building's aesthetics, so you are stuck living with windows you can't open without fearing for your pet's life, meaning your home stinks because there's no air flow and it's just a very stressful situation overall, sure I have to take my dog outside four times a day, but I can leave the house without worrying she is gonna die
Also I think matching beds with different blankets is pretty realistic, parents buy the same bed for the kids because it's cheaper and easier to just get them the same thing (so they don't fight about which is better) and then kids personalised it by choosing a different blanket each
