Ingredients:
4 buffalo trotters- 4 kg
4 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
15_16 cloves
2 black cardamom
5-6 bay leaves
3-4 inch cinnamon stick
1/2 kg bong meat
1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp garam garam
1 tbsp fennel powder
1 cup curd
1/4 cup all purpose flour/ gram flour
