the class is awesome from knowledge point of view. but i am disagree with mlc approach.as we dont know which patient will survive and which will not. so what i generally prefer any suicidal attempt even any doubtful rta or injury i m doing mlc case. even though a domestic fall ( gediatric age) that we generally not thinking about medico legal but we even dont know if some one hurts and pateint fall down ?? so better to do mlc whenever we are in doubt.
