We had a very disappointing experience at Canary Island resort. All was going well untill we went next morning for breakfast at white crane restaurant. Restaurant has beautiful green lawn and white sand beach like area. We decided to finish our breakfast and spend good time at this space which is heavily advertised by the resort and one of the the USP. But to our shock, this w nice and beautiful area was restricted for any guest movement because there was a shoot happening and crew were not allowing any guests to roam around near this area. When I complained about it to resort in charge Mr. Deepak , gave us a lame excuse that shoot had to be accommodated because some top bureaucrat from CMO office put in word for it at last moment . Seriously!!! How can a shoot with 50 members crew happen at last moment !!! Resort is duty bound to inform guest prior about the shoot and unavailability of white sand beach area. They charge you so heavily but has no courtesy to let you know about such events happening at resort. Very disappointing. After that even check out process took more than 30 minutes, since resort had added extra bed charges and jet ski/ water cycling charges which we did not avail. Please check your bill thoroughly while checking out. It took them 30 minutes to sort this out. I will rate it with 2 stars which is for beautiful location and very well designed room. Service is not at all upto the mark for the money they charge.
