Nobody will be able to call you a slacker!😄That's an ambitious 2025 reading year. Lonesome Dove is among my top books of all time and I am happy to see you will be reading GGK. I have to talk up my fellow Canadian! I might suggest his book A Song for Arbonne which is just a gem of a book. I am impressed by the ongoing evolution of your channel. Bring on 2025!
Thanks, glad I picked some goals that align with some of your favorites. And yes, it’s ambitious for sure. I too am enjoying the direction this is headed. It’s a lot of fun, and even more so with folks like yourself encouraging me to stay on it! Thanks!
Kevin, loving the channel and videos. I am doing Salems Lot and Needful Things in October. Did pick up L’amour’s first Sackett novel. I’ll read that as well and start my journey through the Sackett series
Lonesome dove is awesome. I recently bought a copy for a reread. Boy that is a lotto books my friend. Buckle up for sure😂 Ken Follet Pillars of the earth series is on my tbr as well. Read first book and part of second. Start over on those. Look forward to launching 2025 book in hand with you👍
Sounds great! Yes it’s a lot of books for sure. Look forward to hearing more about your reading as well. Such a fun community with folks like yourself. Good stuff!
Hey Kevin, new to your channel and a very new BookTuber. :) Thank you for sharing your 2025 plans with us! Gosh, I'm just now planning my October TBR video so I think I need to get my rear into gear! :) New subscriber, so I look forward to going down this journey with you! :)
Welcome Ted. I hope you found some things of inspiration, things to avoid (lol) and things that make you think. Have a great weekend and I will be on the lookout for ya!
I can really see you enjoying it. I may be out on a limb, but judging from your videos, I think it’s in your wheelhouse for sure. It’s a wild ride, and worth it!
When you get a chance you might try some of Dennis Lehane's books. I started reading his stuff after I had been reading a lot of Michael Connelly's books and went on to read everything he has written. He's definitely my favorite author in his genre.
@@kevintowle9665 "Mystic River" and "Shutter Island" are his most well known books and have both been made into movies. My favorite of all his books is "The Given Day", which is the first of a trilogy.
Of course, I can’t speak for him but I believe you all are sports team buddies, so I don’t foresee any friction…😂. Will circle back when it gets closer
We book lovers and readers think this stuff is exciting and epic too! Your plans sound great and I look forward to hearing all about these reads! 🤗
Thank you, i look forward to an exciting year ahead!
Looking forward to all this up ahead on the channel! Great stuff! Keep it up my friend 👍🏼
Thanks man, have a great week!
