Shaanxi, lying in the Chinese heartland, can be roughly divided into three parts: the beautiful, fertile South, the vast Guanzhong Plain in the middle, and the Loess Plateau to the north. And across the whole province, extend the Qinling Mountains.

I've been revisiting this series almost every single year since it's made. Once China reopens, there really should be a continuation of this series extending to the remaining provinces like Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Hunan, Sichuan etc. There are so many more. Please consider this. It's one of the best documentaries made by CGTN.

There is a good city of Lüliang in Shanxi Province. I always go from Ürümqi to Lüliang via Xi'an, Shaanxi.
Gorgeous!!! But why doesn’t CGTN use subtitles? I want to share lots of your videos with people whose English is not very good. The subtitles would help them. Do you make your videos only for native or fluent speakers of English?

It will be even better if the narrator can pronounce location name with the correct pronunciation. eg please pronounce "Shan and not sand" for mountain and the rest of the Chinese words correctly

Don't trust western media 100%. For example, Xinjiang cotton has been harvested using machine since 2017. How can machine be forced into labour at the 1st place? As far as I know, when US mentioned about human rights and democracy, they would inevitably bring issues about Tibet and Xinjiang, which is undoubtedly part of China, before the US independence day. It's the western media and it's followers like you that has strengthen the trust of CCP among Chinese people.
Furthermore, Chinese economy has been collapsing from 2001 until today and the US undoubtedly feel threatened. And they just can't allow China to be a number 1 for fear of being a loser.
