the last feat is slow but in a team fight you can just nope someone out of the team fight, and i imagine that if you have revenge active then people wont be able to stun you out of it. so you mark someone, activate the 4th feat, kill them and exacute them. 1st feat takes effect and then you get a 30% dmg reduction until you die. thats some crazy team fight potential. just death ball everything

Athletic Struggler most people that see the kick coming will most likely dodge. If they charge it it’ll definitely land the sweep for a light. Basically punishing you for dodging and what’s worse is that you get punished more if you take the kick. Seems it should be the other way around.

Incog into A charcters moveset meaning to be offense does not mean that it has a bad defense. For example, any experienced charcter can block and turtle agaisnt your attacks. Every charcter can get a light off heavy parry and a heavy off light parry. Thus, people will turtle with hitokiri and wait for a parry to get an attack to they can do their 50/50. If they catch a light parry, hit you with a heavy then kick/fient into guard break. Thats a heavy and light/heavy you got hit by. Not to mention the wall splat damage a fient guardbreak could get you in and set her up for a charged heavy. I know what your thinking "Pfft, then dodge to make sure she dousnt get a free heavy" Well. If you dodge, thats a free guardbreak and wallsplat/heavy into another 50/50. So you either have to accept the kick and let her get the free heavy to do another kick or dodge, get guard broken, heavied into another 50/50

Every single one of them was bitching about it being a nerf, and that actually ticked me off because the rework was actually quite the improvement and has increased his offense while keeping his defense. The UB zone was absolutely needed for his kit, though I was salty when I saw the *shirtless* Raider get hyper-armour when an *armoured tank* doesn't get the same treatment on heavies.

Even the 500 ms side light arent really that much of a deal. Shove got nerfed, as in you can't really land a heavy or a gb as the light is guaranteed. Mix ups arent really that a threat from law as most of the heavys can be parried on reaction due to their slowness. No hyperarmor on the end of most heavys. Also a big one no soft feints. And he still has no way to beat unblockable meta people.

If anything, it’s hard to dodge, similar to a glad trident throw (at least on console because no one got good internet) plus the only viable time someone’s going to use this is by running up behind them in a gank and using it while the enemy isn’t paying attention, or if someone’s camping ballista

For 1 , while you were saying its not op cause you can just roll they showed that she can punish the roll . and for 2 I know you're not a high level 4s players but theres absolutely no way you're gonna see her 4th feat from behind you . Unless she has to be right in your face in which case its still op in ganks you're just gonna get guard broken right before it lands . From the looks of it shes gonna be fairly broken .
Simple to learn, hard to master kind of character. The same reason I like the vanguard characters so much. Like you said, nothing jaw dropping, but those feats could be game changers at the right times. I wish they explained the fourth feat a little more in detail. What if it is guarenteed and it doesn't matter if you roll? That's cheap, but I'm sure the feat has a lengthy cool down.
But more importantly, the uninterruptible executions, damage reduction, and health regen for nearby allies on execute is beautiful. She's gonna be a monster to deal with in 4v4. I think she'll be more tolerated in duels. But once people start getting creative, it'll be hard to handle again. I've noticed there's always two stages to bumps in difficulty with a new character. First is when the character comes out, and it'll last for a couple weeks. Second is when these players have learned her front to back and they get crazy with combos and mix-ups.

I really hoped they would introduce an interesting mechanic with her (like the Bulwark counter for BP), especially as the teaser seemed so based around demonic fog stuff... although she seems strong and her visual design is great, she feels a bit boring to me from a gameplay perspective. Still gonna try her out though and see how it goes (couldn't get myself into BP-gameplay at all, just didn't enjoy him). The only really broken/OP things on her are the feats, but I'm sure they will balance it out soon and balancing feats is easier than balancing some OP mechanic, like a 30sec-2 minute timer on the defense buff, slightly lower shield on execution and maybe less damage on the Tier 4... All in all I wished for more but I am not disappointed either.
Ok but you saw how long the tier 4 took right? Just avoid that shit when you see it. Her fears aren’t really that OP, she seems to be execution heavy so it’s nothing major, her combos are pretty predictable so that balances out. Just don’t get executed haha.
One problem (among many) with For honor is that every new character look like something we've seen already. Super armor and unblockables everywhere, parry baits, long combos that nobody uses...
Gotta be honest he’s cool but I’m still holding out for our lord and savior WARHAMMER HERO. Though as a HL main the concept of a continuous heavy chain makes me feel at home haha.

Not much different. It’s 200 damage straight. Which means that even assassins with a full shield will survive the hit. She is definitely awesome.
I feel like her insta death flip could be op in breach to just nuke the commander especially if you can get an attack buff on top of it

For 1 , while you were saying its not op cause you can just roll they showed that she can punish the roll . and for 2 I know you're not a high level 4s players but theres absolutely no way you're gonna see her 4th feat from behind you . Unless she has to be right in your face in which case its still op in ganks you're just gonna get guard broken right before it lands . From the looks of it shes gonna be fairly broken .

Simple to learn, hard to master kind of character. The same reason I like the vanguard characters so much. Like you said, nothing jaw dropping, but those feats could be game changers at the right times. I wish they explained the fourth feat a little more in detail. What if it is guarenteed and it doesn't matter if you roll? That's cheap, but I'm sure the feat has a lengthy cool down.
But more importantly, the uninterruptible executions, damage reduction, and health regen for nearby allies on execute is beautiful. She's gonna be a monster to deal with in 4v4. I think she'll be more tolerated in duels. But once people start getting creative, it'll be hard to handle again. I've noticed there's always two stages to bumps in difficulty with a new character. First is when the character comes out, and it'll last for a couple weeks. Second is when these players have learned her front to back and they get crazy with combos and mix-ups.
They could have did a 2 minute gameplay video and said “OK she’s OP as fuck, if you want easy wins, give us your money”

I really hoped they would introduce an interesting mechanic with her (like the Bulwark counter for BP), especially as the teaser seemed so based around demonic fog stuff... although she seems strong and her visual design is great, she feels a bit boring to me from a gameplay perspective. Still gonna try her out though and see how it goes (couldn't get myself into BP-gameplay at all, just didn't enjoy him).
The only really broken/OP things on her are the feats, but I'm sure they will balance it out soon and balancing feats is easier than balancing some OP mechanic, like a 30sec-2 minute timer on the defense buff, slightly lower shield on execution and maybe less damage on the Tier 4...
All in all I wished for more but I am not disappointed either.
Ok but you saw how long the tier 4 took right? Just avoid that shit when you see it. Her fears aren’t really that OP, she seems to be execution heavy so it’s nothing major, her combos are pretty predictable so that balances out. Just don’t get executed haha.

One problem (among many) with For honor is that every new character look like something we've seen already.
Super armor and unblockables everywhere, parry baits, long combos that nobody uses...
Gotta be honest he’s cool but I’m still holding out for our lord and savior WARHAMMER HERO. Though as a HL main the concept of a continuous heavy chain makes me feel at home haha.

That’s my main concern. It’s guaranteed unless you have a full health shield/ damage reduction. It can’t be dodged, parried, or blocked
