I’m not trying to be like the type of person who decides who should have won and what not but, if I’m being honest. Last Genocide is basically a direct upgrade from Last Breath like how Dust Sans is stronger than Normal Sans. And since last genocide is just Last Breath but Dusttale, if we take into consideration the power I would say DTLG should’ve one. This is just my un-bias stand point but it’s understandable why it’s a draw as well.

I think gaster would become stronger as dust is just sans with a few to many genocide Timelines, and gaster is just a few pieces of the puzzle of his parts that were scattered, and with this gaster would try and stop the fight and it is already double the power

This was a bit slow paced but the actual animation quality was amazing
Although the advantage lg had, he still hadn’t killed everyone, so he was around about the same level as lb. if lb came when LG finally killed everyone I think LG would have won

Lg knows he is doing something wrong, so he goes easier than lb, giving lb a slight advantage.

This is awesome! 2 little things though:
1: The scenes are a bit too long, like when phase 2 last breath was dodging hyper dust’s bone attack.
2: the grammar isn’t very accurate, not really a problem though. I can’t blame you if you speak a different language.
The action scenes takes too long.

The animation is good, but your minus is long "pauses" and in the second phase, Sans cannot dodge, he can block attacks. Now about gaster blasters, Sans cannot increase the attack duration of one gaster blaster, but dust sans can, ordinary gaster blasters cannot withstand dust gaster blasters (this is my opinion after reading the Wiki). Can you make little bit faster animations, with no that many pauses. And when you making pause it will be good when you add some effects on charakter like shaking or sweat. I know you want making animations like Underverse or GlitchTale with many pauses but with no effects it isn't same. You can add some light and background effect as well
And as always, the battle ends with the fact that we do not know who won.

Well last breath happened many routes after dusttale (not last genocide) so regular experienced making everyone suffer.
Maybe thats why he tried to save papyrus
Some criticism with the intent to help improve. One of the most noticeable problems is there are huge waits between things happening in the animation. I’m no animator but I think the animation soft ware has something to do with this. I’ve also noticed sometimes the grammar isn’t great but this is easy to fix. Also when dust sans barraged lb sans with bones. he dodged them (obviously) and then the fire rate increased. you simply sped up the animation instead of making a separate one, but I think I would do that too because I’m kinda lazy. Other than that you are doing a great job. And I hope you become even better in the future
To be fair, dusttale Sans was quite underpowered trough the fight, he wasn't even past the point of killing Papyrus. But as far as i know he has one more phase and in general would still be stronger than normal Sans even without all of the xp he could've gotten later. How did this end in a draw? Hell if i knew.
The plot, and to satisfy everyone in case someone thought this sans would win, but another thought that one would win. But I guess you just had to be unsatisfied.

Its is coz of my program. It glitches and multiplies the loops more then 2 but smtms I do it for a purpose.

For me Last Breath Sans win because in a Real Fight because they uses the Fanon Phase but Last Genocide Dust Sans Have 1,2,3 and 4 Phases,And Last Breath Sans have 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,61,100,999999 Phases... (Im Joking)
Poor Papyrus... He could have easily left and never died, but he stayed in hopes he could save his brother... But ultimately, Dusts goal was to kill him, just to stop the human. And words werent going to change that

Makes sense for it to be a draw since in the endgame it's really just gaster vs gaster. Any other phase we can say LG dust was stronger but when it's both phase 3 vs phase 3 it is only gaster vs gaster.
But then LG still wins due to gaster being around for another while phase in Canon, compared to the three in lb

DTLG and Lb scaling:
Phase 1: Wall Level. Gaster blaster dmg: 4, Bone dmg: 3. Meanwhile Lb all dmg is around 2.
Phase 2: Wall Level to Low Building. Dmg same for phase 1. His sword can reflect attacks. It dealt around 4 dmg. Orange bones are usually used by Sans in this phase. Lb used bone to block attacks. Dmg is also same.
Phase 3: DTLG(Low-Building), Lb(Wall Level). In this phase he destroyed buttons. Lb can do that too. This made some different here. DTLG Gaster has shown that he was able to do more things than Lb Gaster. Meanwhile Lb Gaster didn't do much in the fight. DTLG Gaster can summon some Gaster's flowey(idk how to call these things). Lb and DTLG both get tired in a time.
Phase 4: DTLG(Large Building). This is the result when Sans used a beast soul. He can beat Chara in this phase meanwhile Lb lost. Note: Lb doesn't have more than 3 phases. With these tiers. You know that who will win, right? Lb can beat DTLG phase 1 at max. Lb phase 3 doesn't have any chance against DTLG phase 3. Cause DTLG Gaster has more abilities than LB Gaster. Phase 2 DTLG can beat LB phase 2 easily. Cause DTLG can use sword to slash. Meanwhile Lb phase 2 can't do that. Note: Canonically Lb just has 2 phases now. And Canon DTLG has 4 phases. Which meant DTLG slams easily. EB and other phases aren't canon. Stop using it. Even with EB. I don't think that EB can beat DTLG phase 4. DTLG phase 4 is Beyond game logic.

This battle is completely pointless, Last Genocide Sans has more LV, ATK, DEF, HP, and a 4th phase.
The 4th phase dont have an official gameplay he only add phase 3 to make it fair.
