@@ButFirstHeLitItOnFire leshen was in a zone that the adaptable material for animated skit wasn't sustainable enough to built a full feature animation for it, so I just didnt go with it in the end.

I find the Ancient Lichen easy.... until 25 minutes into the fight when it's low on health and decides to go insane and blow up your team in 30 seconds...
I do like the overall fight. It feels different than your average monster hunter battle.

I would, but when I was on the ice shelf fighting tigrex it collapsed while I was still on it so I kinda saved myself as it collapsed and didn't have the heart to call another ryder in

Dude, that Leshen Tail Rider bit was actually nightmare fuel. And I'm not referring to the Leshen's appearance, but how he made the Tail Rider Jagras drag in hunters.

@Scharlach927 Best part: Ancient Leshen is in the Ancient Forest 50% of the time, but isn't really on the map. Rather, he'd always be in an inaccessible lair that can only be entered when on a Tailrider Jagras that he's controlling.
Instead of BEING an Invader like Deviljho, he'll make YOU the Invader...Of his lair.

That henshin sequence. It was like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai did the fusion dance but Monster Hunter tripped and fell in between them. I would love to see a toku series with that henshin style

Don't worry, PC get better gaming experience anyway. The loading wait in PS4 is really turn off.

@@viva6235 I grew up with PS1. Some other games were also slow to play on it but for modern gaming console it is unacceptable and since Monster Hunter game is a grindy game, having a slow loading for each quests ruined gaming experience (at least for me). The PC port having specs with bigger RAM and fast SSD helped me enjoyed the game better.

I had such a fun time with the Beta trying out all of the new moves. I think the SnS and LBG are my two favorites so far, SnS's fluid movements have just been amped up with the Clutch Claw and new moves, and the LBG with the counter wyvernblast is SO fun.
Overall ya I'm hyped
I'm just very thankful that you took the time to animate the Leshen.
I lost it after that lion King reference and they both still end up dying 😂

@@flamingrubys11 Well it isn't literally a shotgun, buuut it sure does fire like one when it has slinger ammo to shoot. I love the addition because it still gives it an edge with slinger ammo since other weapons can use the slinger more freely now.
