I don’t really think there is a “Canadian format” - universally the key is to highlight your impact, like the tips I talked in my video! So give it a try!

The question is relevant for me because I am living in a developing country and employeers usually have over 35 year old of age restriction. I once got in the 3rd interview round with McK &Co but as a general administrative job, not for a consultant job. Thank you very much.

I think it really depends. Typically i would say, if it's campus recruiting (either MBA or undergraduate), GPA will be expected. If you are not sure, you can always ask the recruiter

It is my own template, fonts is times new Roman, name font is 16, section title font 12, paragraph fonts 10 or 10.5
But resume content is more important than template, so I m sure online templates are good too

I don't think age is a factor at all! I think these top consulting companies recognize people for their talents and won't discriminate with age

I didn't personally, because it wasn't required; other offices or companies might have a different requirement
