Your production is second to none, and thanks to you I've never been so into and excited for Crossfit in my life!!! I never used to really watch the games and now I'm treating then like the superbowl. Mainly because I can't wait to see what you guys will do there, or what your post documentary will be like. But also because I now feel an attachment to the athletes you joke around with.

So here's what I liked about this. Great content of training. Cool footage. Shane and Tia may be some of my favorite people on the planet. Shane is hilarious, and I need more of him in my life. Here's what I could do without: screaming and "hype". Your content is pretty good and speaks for itself. All of the shouting and yelling seems like you are trying to manufacture hype that just isn't necessary. Good stuff. I know, I'm a grumpy old man :)
