Allen, I just started doing a 60 gal compressor tank and cut it out with a grinder with cutting wheel. When I got ready to put the strap around the doors, I got some warping going on. Do you have a suggestion for getting it curved enough to where it sits flush? Thanks
Bottom tray where coals will fall is more important for SS. It wont burn out like steel. If you can find ss Beer kegs they're great to use under the fire grate.
Hey man, you welded a space ship looking thing with big gaps 3 years ago with your lincoln 180. Just curious on your wire size in the video and gas was im assuming c25
Thats a fine BBQer/ Smoker . You ever thought about running a 12" dia fire pot accrossed the back side at about 5 a clock .. With a steamer or water tray above the opening .. ? I like to steam my Meat in the Smoker then let the be done ..
I could get more if I had the patience to add the craftsmanship that you put into yours. I'm just going to fab something to cook in and push it out the door.
Like the idea of the sliding grill I might steal that for my bbq 👍🏼
Awesome! It sure looks good when it's all done and painted.
Man I love the way you welding make those barbecue grills I wish I lived near you I have you to make me one keep doing what you're doing

What's the most you have had to add on to your prices to cover shipping and what state was it shipped to?
It’s being picked up, shipping depends on which smoker and where to, people have been here from most every state to pick up smokers
You look and sound just like my homeboy John Reyes I wonder if yall related. San marcos/red wood area

Can you tell me what spray gun you use? I’m thinking of buying a LVLP spray gun from harbor freight for rustolium high heat paint.
It’s the cheaper one from harbor freight, I usually use them for 6-7 months and replace them, they work great if you keep them cleaned up
HVLP.
Allen's welding/woodworking what kind of paint do you use?
How do you clean the ash out
