Hello everyone! This is episode 3 of my cycling trips here at the Tokyo Cyclist channel.
It is that time of the year again in Japan, when cherry blossoms start to appear due to warmer temperatures. Although most of the cherry blossoms start to appear in late March, Kawazu Sakura (河津桜), a type of cherry blossom, start to appear usually in mid-February. In this cycling trip, I decided to briefly ride alongside the coast of the Miura Peninsula (三浦半島) and visit one of the popular spots for cherry blossom viewing located between Miurakaigan Station (三浦海岸駅) and Misakiguchi Station (三崎口駅).
As the name of my channel suggests, I will be uploading videos on my cycling trips to Tokyo as well as other trips in the surrounding prefectures, so please stay tuned!
