I have a black and green, version and really helps after playing as i dont fill any ackee. Definitely recommend size down plus i pull my one higher up over the bicep. Would highly recommend after a long session.
As someone who has worn one for many years, I can tell you that where you place it and the sizing is paramount. Andy's using it too far down for it to be of any use. You need a good 4-6 weeks of transition to use it permanently to cater to your needs (mine was fatigue through tendinopathy). There are many different tensions as well, Paul Lim uses a recovery-type sleeve that isn't as tight on the muscles, whereas others use the active compression sleeve that is much tighter and does give that real "spring loaded" feel on throwing. The Doron sleeves are by far and far the best on the market.
I think the main thing it achieves is that it stops you pulling the dart back too far, as it restricts that movement and almost "forces" you to propel it fowards.
I have a compression sleeve that I bought when I had tendinitis in my elbow, used it for the gym initially then tried with darts and I feel when I use it for darts it does feel spring loaded and more of a stronger follow through
It's funny how they've been on clearance for months it feels. I'm still not convinced they'd fit my arm comfortably and I've stopped working out with the lockdown. But I take from your video they're probably best fitted where you get your compression stockings or something like that, right?
I have been curious about the sleeve, I had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders and biceps. My throwing arm gets strange muscle cramps on my bicep. And the arm gets fatigue after three legs
I have a "snapping elbow". When I bring the dart up to set, my elbow clicks. I'm unsure if it's affecting my game or not, as I only noticed I even had it when I dtarted playing darts. It's not painful at all though. Do you think one of these would fix it?
Hi Team Mission - re the sleeve sizing on the website- would you recommend buying to size? Or go down a size (so a bit more snug)? Sorry if this is sounding like buying a pair of shoes! You advise would be greatly received and appreciated 👍🎯
Probably need a size guide

Tbh i think it works. In archery I use a compression shirt and it really makes a difference.
Need to know what measurement the 2xl fits none on web sight thanks
I was wearing the large and think I needed the medium if thats any kind of guide, sure the guys will be able to help out more accurate tho
Top arm is 17.5 inches relaxed
Seems interesting . Wonder if this could help with having a sore elbow sometimes when playing darts
Absolutely

So tricky to answer, Matt and Andy both needed a medium/large
WHAT IS THE IDEAL BEGINNER'S SLEEVE???
I have been wearing a compression sleeve for awhile I figured it would be considered cheating.
