It's like in those secret agent cats and dogs movies where they both are an ally and they don't want their hooman to know something so Milky keeps blocking the cat tower so that GB can work there---because the cat tower ain't no cat tower. It a a secret agent tower for their secret agent business 😂 . . . Oh God!!! I love this theory😂
