    My exp - yesterday before sleep is did this. Post rolling up the eye and moving right to left insome time i felt the middle of the eye pulsating for 2 odd mins..the pulse was slow one beat per sec..then disappeared. the beat was clear i can say post this excercise. Then i felt like closing my eye for long time. Seem techique works i done regularly. Thank you.

    Day - 1 (8/4/23)
    Felt extremely hard, Mera focus around 22 min me tut gyaa and then meine apna pose change kiyaa. Aanshu bhi aae jisse clear nhi dikh raha tha and focus nhi kr paa rhe thyy
    Ending to bahot kharab gyii baadme mann nhi kr raha tha
    Paer numb ho gye jisse focus paer pr jaane lga
    And machchar ne to aur mushkil bna diya unhe bhagao nhi to vo to khoon hi Peete rahee
    Unhe bhagane ke chakkar me apna sankalp tod diya and then sb kuch hi kharab ho gyaa
    Overall : very bad

      Machar se katne ko apne hatiyaar bana lo aur uske katne ko mahsoos karna band kar do aur sharir se alag ho jao Sara dhyan spinal cord par laga do

    देखो बच्चे...
    ये ध्यान की एक क्रिया भर है. इससे मानसिक स्तर के कुछ लाभ बेशक होते हैं.
    लेकिन जिस तरह की लच्छेदार बातों में इसे दिव्यता जैसी चीज होने का भ्रम बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हो इसे ही ठगना कहते हैं. लोगों को ठगो मत.
    ख़ुद के मन और बुद्धि को तो झूठे आवरण में ढके ही हो कि तुमको परम ज्ञान प्राप्त हो रहा है या फिर तुमने अपनी तीसरी आँख खोल ली है और लोगों को भी इस तरह की मानसिक बीमारी दे रहे हो.
    वास्तविक दुनिया में आओ और उसमें जिओ.
    ख़ुद को और लोगों को मूर्ख बनाना बंद करो.
    तुम्हारी जो मानसिक अवस्था है उसमें सिर्फ़ अहम् ही अहम् भरा है तरह तरह का. बाहर निकलो.

      U need to same back exercise to balance your back muscles , that's will u in meditation.
      I also have same problem in past .

      Can you tell me why does my spine not remain straight for the practice....and when I realize that I've bent forward, should I move back or just remain still
      ....bcoz a bent back hurts more than a straight one...and abt the hata yoga before the meditation, can it be done even at night, bcoz I sit for the practices late night ???

      Bhai koi bhi 1 din me third eye jagrat nahi kar paya jitna youTube ke videos ko dekhkar easy lagta hai utna hai nahi jab sadhu santo ko 100 saal lag jata hai porrna yoga me to hum log kon hote hai bina practical aur personal guru ke

    I am little shock to see this video on your Channel. The content on your channel seems pretty decent but this video....! Simple meditations can be done by own self...any kind of yoga/ Meditation that has spritual awakening/energy initiation as effect should not be done without supervision/Guidance, it may lead to issues.
    Please don't do any kind of Energy awakening dhyan/ Meditation without any Guru or if you really want to do it on your own, you need to prepare your body first before tapping on such energy punj.
    Preparing means to get your body ready for sensations, energy through daily pratice of simple yoga and dhyan and phone ? Phone se to kbhi nhe hoga.it's the first source of distraction in human life these days.
