It was helpful because, even though I've seen the delineations countless times, this time somehow I was able to place the conscious cultural deconstruction I've been doing since my teens (3 planets natally in 12th) where it belongs, so much more than simple rebellion. 'Self' undoing, no wonder I found my way to Buddhist practice. It makes me want to laugh.
