West Kirby residents ask council to pause the wall

West Kirby residents and businesses request real consideration by Wirral council of alternatives to a concrete sea wall on West Kirby promenade.
They agree that there may be more floods, that property needs protection. The council needs to listen to community concerns and act on them.
