It is sad and shocking news.
Let me add my such issue happened in my Umrah in 2016 when I was 62 years of age. One young man with three little sons were on scalator in toilet. I was on their back. One of his kids was sitting on scalator and playing with his hand. I shout and ask his father to safe him from casualty as after all it is a machine. He angry upon me and said what is wrong with you and said my kids doing it since years; and keep going and allowed his son to continue playing with hand. Then on second portion of scalator when they and me entered. He told his son to sit and play with hand and laughing on me with attitude. He was from Pakistan.
