My baby has torticollis. She is 6 month old. She got it due to sleeping position when she was still a few days old. I wasn't able to exercise her neck 😢 and now I am doing some neck exercise to loosen the tight muscle. I am glad that she could turn her head to right direction now. It is just that, I need to work out her head tilting to the other side.
