I mean some of these aren’t Harry Potter specific. The hospital wards are just a thing in British boarding schools, and coloured houses are also pretty normal in schools. Mandrakes were already a mythical creature that Rowling put into her book, as well as the three headed dog.
Also the title of every chapter of Mashle is similar to how the title of each Harry Potter books
