Two very Devout Catholic Parents, who led us all in The Daily Rosary after dinner! I after Sunday Mass every week; was the Last to excuse myself. As my Father would always speak of The Sermon Given. And then giving his Heart; which belonged Totally To Our Lord and Our Lady! I am Only born as well as 7 others born after my Parents Second Conversion! Due to Our Lady of FATIMA! Ave Maria! As my father was the one who I will State; was my Teacher in and about life! He Never Accepted VATICAN TWO! I always wanted to know everything He Spoke of; so my heart always heard him speaking To God. I'll say under his breath! He started teaching me and my brother just a year and half after me; The Bible! With All of it's Beautiful Pictures! So I can say: I am my Father's Daughter! My Father's Beliefs are the very Same as The Good Soldier of Christ from France! I believe He was The Monarch from France who kept The True Faith of Jesus Christ! I myself have been through many serious battles with the Devil who I know hates me! But my Lord had warned me of this when I was only about 5 years old! And has truly come after; not only me. But then also my four children, from the onset of their lives! But my Lord and my Lady; who I had Consicrated my Heart and life to! Have helped me abundantly! But as we all know; the battle is extremely upon us! Especially after my Consicration; as my Father became extremely worried for me. As he said; "Oh Teresa; are You sure you are ready? Because Your Life is going to change; Drastically! Are you sure you are ready? " I replied; without even thinking about what he knew was coming! " Oh Yes Daddy; for what else was I born for? Looking forward to your live stream. One too many antics from Pope Francis drove me to attend mass at an SSPX chapel. People need to realize you don’t join the SSPX, it is a fraternity of priests. It is licit for Catholics to attend mass at an SSPX chapel if there is no TLM available nearby. I found it an attractive alternative to leaving the church and converting to an Orthodox Church, something I contemplated but could not do. While praying the Rosary and asking for guidance I received an inspiration to go to the SSPX. I am so grateful to Archbishop Lefebvre, though back in 1980, I sadly was one of the majority who considered him a heretic. God does work in mysterious ways.
I consider this so valuable. Such wisdom and foresight he/they had back during V2 and the damages it would cause. These holy men some day will be looked upon as saints. As so much unfolds with Mother Church and the evil that seeks to distroys her, makes me believe these holy servants knew so much more than they get credit for. Bishop Ngo Thuc consecrated 3 bishops (ordained catholic priests circa 1920's) using the trad rite of consecration. He also conditionally ordained & consecrated Bishop Datessen in 1983 in the trad rite of Holy Orders. He also ordained priests using trad rite of ordination in the early 80's. One of the priest's Bp.Thuc ordained in the trad rite, Fr.Bruno Schaeffer,was main priest at the SSPX church in Paris. Bishop Mendez consecrated Fr.Kelly using trad rite of consecration,in 1993. Fr.Kelly was ordained by Bishop Lefebvre in 1973.

I have always believed that he was unjustly excommunicated and I remember him on an early Phil Donahue or Merv Griffen show. He had told the faithful to stop all contributions to stop the travesty changes. Needless to say, the sheeple complained, but ignored him, or left or gave in, and many cases it was pounded in. I predict that he will ultimately be canonized as a Confessor for the faith.
He was never excommunicated. The excommunication was supposed to occur 'latae sententiae,' however, the 1982 Code of Canon Law adds so many exceptions to this rule that the rule itself essentially becomes null. The fact that Pope John Paul II said that he had incurred the excommunication does not matter because it simply does not correspond to reality.

I was chosen to be the head of the third franciscan order in the south of Germany not eassy task as traditionalist but it was a call and like the Mother of God our protector Maria under the cross in calvary I stand to rebuild tradition from inside in this battle agains evil. When I look at the “heresy letter” all I can think is the fact Msgr. Lefebvre stood alone, and how slow and sloppy the rest of us were to wake up to the crisis of the Church. This says two things to me: 1, His Lordship was so much closer to Our Lord than anyone in his day. 2, that it is not Francis being accused of Heresy (or it shouldn’t be) It is Vatican 2 being accused. I accuse the Council! No mere man could be so monstrous to the Faith.
It goes without saying that within one year of my Baptism (31st March, 2018) I have turned fully toward Tradition, with an ardent love of Archbishop Lefebvre and I now attend the Masses of the SSPX. Tradidi Quod Et Accepi.
He DID NOT stand alone. There were many many many more traditional catholics beside the SSPX. Thuc line clerics SSPV (Mendez line) plus all of the priests ordained before July 1968 who kept tradition going before the SSPX even started.

He and Bp.Thuc made mistakes yet without them and to a lesser extent ,Bp.Mendez,we wouldn't have priests bishops Holy Mass and Sacraments.
If it wasn't for Archbishop Lefevre, the Vatican II sect would have killed all Roman Catholic traditions. Modernist would have succeeded in destroying thousands of years of unbroken Catholic tradition. Archbishop Lefevre should be elevated to sainthood in my opinion.

You should do a short video on Bishops Thuc and Mendez plus their consecrations and ordinations using the traditional rite of Holy Orders. I didn't know until 2010 the major reason all 3 Bishops conferred Holy Orders were to keep trad rite of Holy Orders active during the emergency.
This is aside note if you are unaware, Thuc consecrated the beginings of the Palmarian Catholic church. Which has its OWN POPE. Just a note you may wish to check into,at least for an interesting read start at Wikipedia, l couldn't link the wiki page for you for some reason but you can research from there if you wish. They elected their own "Pope" in Aug.1978. 1969-1978 they were a respectable traditional Catholic society full of doctors lawyers and catholic priests who were ordained before the new rite of holy orders circa July 1968. One of the Bishops he consecrated,Bishop Revaz,taught at the SSPX seminary in Econe. Bishop Lefebvre even served their community a few times with traditional rite of confirmation. 3 of the 4 bishops Bishop Thuc consecrated left after Clemente was "elected Pope."

I certainly understand a Bishop can not know how every consecration can turn out ( assuming he is of good will,so by that I would exclude many of some Bishops ( McCarrick for instance) as consecrating for reasons other than the good of Holy Mother Church. I do not believe Bishop Thuc was of ill will ,but perhaps hasty in certain situations . But, Fr. Cekada supports Thuc line consecrations, Fr. Williamson does not. I still believe Lefebvre shouldn’t have consecrated the bishops. It’s a extremely traditional principle that you can’t consecrate against papal decree no matter what. Btw I don’t like JP2 but that’s canonical fact. Did you know that when the Jesuits where unjustly suppressed in the 17th century by the pope they petitioned the Russian monarch to stop refusing the suppression. Old Jesuits asked the Russians to suppress them in accord with the popes unjust declaration because they knew they no longer had jurisdiction! This is absolute and very traditional. Bp Castro de Myers group have reconciled with Rome and now have jurisdiction. Canonical union and jurisdiction with the local bishop is extremely important and traditional. Bishop Antonio de Castro Myers group under Bishop Rifan have understood this and now have jurisdiction and faculties. They are spreading the tradition throughout Brazil now! One of there priests has a very traditional and orthodox youtube channel with 90k subs. He is very strict on modesty and old fashioned in the best way! Like St Vianney ! His name is Padre Leonardo. Tam Gonzalez That’s up to debate. There are groups with normal jurisdiction who preserved the traditional mass without the consecrations. All the ‘approved’ groups preserve tradition without there own bishops and they are the ones training diocesan priests to say the true mass. There are about 4,000 diocesan priests who say the traditional mass. These diocesan priests where trained to say this mass by groups that have normal jurisdiction ex: FSSP. I like the SSPX; without them there would be few traditional priests today. It’s only the jurisdiction issue that is concerning. Hopefully they will get regularization. I don't want to judge anyone in specific, but from the Church's "mainstream" perspective, FSSP was made only to prevent the expansion of FSSPX (and to . All of you guys don't even know how hard it is for me, I am from Poland and lived my childhood in the atmosphere of almost divine cult of JP2. Beginning with the 70s (maybe earlier, nevermind), heresies were so common in the Church, often proclaimed by Her Pastors. What they did about that? Barely nothing, those heretics (without even judging their motivations to do so) were made bishops, even cardinals. The so called excommunication of Archbishop Lefevre was proclaimed by the lengthy document just 3 days after those Consecrations. How it is possible? Easy, it was written much earlier and just waiting for the moment. Think about it everytime when someone says to you that Church doesn't have tools to react on heresy or anything like that. Of course, Lefevre wasn't even a heretic nor schismatic, was not even disobedient according to 1983 Canon Law. But you know, the pope from my homeland was disobedient himself in the 50s and later saying the Mass in front of the people and in the vernacular, such a great example of obedience... The biggest motivator for many bishops to start at least pretend that they obey the Summorum pontificum is that little PX chapel in the vicinity. Huge thanks to Pope Benedict for that, I mean, we have Quo primum, dogmas from Session XXII and VII Canon 13 of Trent and the infallible Auctorem fidei, but yeah, it can be useful in the postVat2 era where no one cares. Nevertheless, it is not fully obeyed anywhere besides the IBP and if someone disagrees with my, we can go with this document sentence by sentence. Now, why all of that indults use the '62 Missal? Because Archbishop Lefevre said so, not because some guys in charge wanted to do so. Also, although FSSP is on some "leash" when coming to some doctrinal issues and for example one Polish priest from FSSP goes absolutely bananas, being a much greater modernist than vast majority of NO, they don't have a bishop, so you know, better be loyal and silent about the heresies. To make things clear, I respect many good SSP priests, not saying that Catholic Tradition subsists (I love those vat2 jokes ;) only in SSPX, not saying that everyone from SSPX is a saint, just saying that we wouldn't talk about this right now without archbishop Lefevre and bishop de Castro Mayer.

I've never heard or read this speech, and nevertheless he reaches all the conclusions I have, and then more. Man, this is sad. (For the record, I've never been to an FSSPX Mass or have associated with them in any way.)
He was "excommunicated" for consecrating bishops at all. I doubt the validity of the excommunication because clearly there was and still remains a state of emergency in the Church, which canonically permits the consecrations.
Anthony, when you are preparing for your live stream show, please address if you see it and are able, the inconsistencies that are present in Marcel Lefebre's actions and words. In the first sermon, he says he has always fought the errors of Vatican 2. Yet there is evidence that he signed the documents of Vartican 2 for himself and another bishop. If he really thought that Vatican 2 was in error why did he just refuse to sign the documents, walk out of the Council and go home? In the second sermon, I do not understand or accept his vision of "Eternal Rome." I an grateful that Marcel Lefebre helped to keep alive the Traditional Latin Mass as well as the traditional sacraments. They should have never been suppressed. But through his own words in these homilies, it once again becomes clear to me that he is not another St. Athanasius. He is a modern day Origen or Tertullian. He ultimately appears to be an opportunist. He knew that he was making himself another Pope by consecrating those bishops. And it appears that is what he wanted even though he proclaims the opposite in the second sermon . His words in both homilies betray him and he appears to be a liar. Even though you do not agree with anything I said, but you can see my logic, please try to address this. It would go a long way in helping me to have a more balanced opinion of Marcel Lefebre. If things are lax in the Church or left leaning, I think it is good to address that, but the Pope is still the head of the Church and chosen under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Are you saying there were no authentic popes since Pope Pius X? That is heresy! Pope Pius XIII was canonized, Pope Paul VI, Pope John Paul II are also saints. You, “Pius X” people are being like Luther, breaking with the church, causing schism and confusion. As in Luthers time, things in the Church were not Orthodox, but instead of staying and helping the Church, he chose to split with the Church because of a bad Pope. Look what happened there!!! Looking forward to your live stream. One too many antics from Pope Francis drove me to attend mass at an SSPX chapel. People need to realize you don’t join the SSPX, it is a fraternity of priests. It is licit for Catholics to attend mass at an SSPX chapel if there is no TLM available nearby. I found it an attractive alternative to leaving the church and converting to an Orthodox Church, something I contemplated but could not do. While praying the Rosary and asking for guidance I received an inspiration to go to the SSPX. I am so grateful to Archbishop Lefebvre, though back in 1980, I sadly was one of the majority who considered him a heretic. God does work in mysterious ways.

Bishop Ngo Thuc consecrated 3 bishops (ordained catholic priests circa 1920's) using the trad rite of consecration.
He also conditionally ordained & consecrated Bishop Datessen in 1983 in the trad rite of Holy Orders.
He also ordained priests using trad rite of ordination in the early 80's.

I have always believed that he was unjustly excommunicated and I remember him on an early Phil Donahue or Merv Griffen show. He had told the faithful to stop all contributions to stop the travesty changes. Needless to say, the sheeple complained, but ignored him, or left or gave in, and many cases it was pounded in. I predict that he will ultimately be canonized as a Confessor for the faith.
He was never excommunicated. The excommunication was supposed to occur 'latae sententiae,' however, the 1982 Code of Canon Law adds so many exceptions to this rule that the rule itself essentially becomes null. The fact that Pope John Paul II said that he had incurred the excommunication does not matter because it simply does not correspond to reality.

When I look at the “heresy letter” all I can think is the fact Msgr. Lefebvre stood alone, and how slow and sloppy the rest of us were to wake up to the crisis of the Church.
This says two things to me: 1, His Lordship was so much closer to Our Lord than anyone in his day. 2, that it is not Francis being accused of Heresy (or it shouldn’t be)
It is Vatican 2 being accused. I accuse the Council! No mere man could be so monstrous to the Faith.
It goes without saying that within one year of my Baptism (31st March, 2018) I have turned fully toward Tradition, with an ardent love of Archbishop Lefebvre and I now attend the Masses of the SSPX.

3 Bishops conferred Holy Orders were to keep trad rite of Holy Orders active during the emergency.
This is aside note if you are unaware, Thuc consecrated the beginings of the Palmarian Catholic church. Which has its OWN POPE. Bishop Lefebvre even served their community a few times with traditional rite of confirmation.

I certainly understand a Bishop can not know how every consecration can turn out ( assuming he is of good will,so by that I would exclude many of some Bishops ( McCarrick for instance) as consecrating for reasons other than the good of Holy Mother Church. I still believe Lefebvre shouldn’t have consecrated the bishops. It’s a extremely traditional principle that you can’t consecrate against papal decree no matter what. Btw I don’t like JP2 but that’s canonical fact.
Did you know that when the Jesuits where unjustly suppressed in the 17th century by the pope they petitioned the Russian monarch to stop refusing the suppression. Old Jesuits asked the Russians to suppress them in accord with the popes unjust declaration because they knew they no longer had jurisdiction! This is absolute and very traditional.
Bp Castro de Myers group have reconciled with Rome and now have jurisdiction. Canonical union and jurisdiction with the local bishop is extremely important and traditional.
Bishop Antonio de Castro Myers group under Bishop Rifan have understood this and now have jurisdiction and faculties. They are spreading the tradition throughout Brazil now!

We would only have clown mass that mean the devil won. I believe Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was inspired by the Holy Spirit . Traditional Latin mass is the only one is offering up to make reparation for our sins that pleasing to God not new Mass. Saint Padre Pio once said it is better for the world to survive without the sun then without the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass ( the holy sacrifice of the mass is very powerful in Latin. Tam Gonzalez That’s up to debate. There are groups with normal jurisdiction who preserved the traditional mass without the consecrations. All the ‘approved’ groups preserve tradition without there own bishops and they are the ones training diocesan priests to say the true mass.
There are about 4,000 diocesan priests who say the traditional mass. These diocesan priests where trained to say this mass by groups that have normal jurisdiction ex: FSSP.
I like the SSPX; without them there would be few traditional priests today. It’s only the jurisdiction issue that is concerning. Hopefully they will get regularization.

I don't want to judge anyone in specific, but from the Church's "mainstream" perspective, FSSP was made only to prevent the expansion of FSSPX (and to . Even Pope John Paul II admitted year later (1989) his disappointment because of people who are still attached to the "old forms of cult". All of you guys don't even know how hard it is for me, I am from Poland and lived my childhood in the atmosphere of almost divine cult of JP2. Beginning with the 70s (maybe earlier, nevermind), heresies were so common in the Church, often proclaimed by Her Pastors. What they did about that? Barely nothing, those heretics (without even judging their motivations to do so) were made bishops, even cardinals. The so called excommunication of Archbishop Lefevre was proclaimed by the lengthy document just 3 days after those Consecrations. How it is possible? Easy, it was written much earlier and just waiting for the moment. Think about it everytime when someone says to you that Church doesn't have tools to react on heresy or anything like that. Of course, Lefevre wasn't even a heretic nor schismatic, was not even disobedient according to 1983 Canon Law. But you know, the pope from my homeland was disobedient himself in the 50s and later saying the Mass in front of the people and in the vernacular, such a great example of obedience...
The biggest motivator for many bishops to start at least pretend that they obey the Summorum pontificum is that little PX chapel in the vicinity. Huge thanks to Pope Benedict for that, I mean, we have Quo primum, dogmas from Session XXII and VII Canon 13 of Trent and the infallible Auctorem fidei, but yeah, it can be useful in the postVat2 era where no one cares. Nevertheless, it is not fully obeyed anywhere besides the IBP and if someone disagrees with my, we can go with this document sentence by sentence.
Now, why all of that indults use the '62 Missal? Because Archbishop Lefevre said so, not because some guys in charge wanted to do so. Also, although FSSP is on some "leash" when coming to some doctrinal issues and for example one Polish priest from FSSP goes absolutely bananas, being a much greater modernist than vast majority of NO, they don't have a bishop, so you know, better be loyal and silent about the heresies. To make things clear, I respect many good SSP priests, not saying that Catholic Tradition subsists (I love those vat2 jokes ;) only in SSPX, not saying that everyone from SSPX is a saint, just saying that we wouldn't talk about this right now without archbishop Lefevre and bishop de Castro Mayer.

He was "excommunicated" for consecrating bishops at all. I doubt the validity of the excommunication because clearly there was and still remains a state of emergency in the Church, which canonically permits the consecrations.

Anthony, when you are preparing for your live stream show, please address if you see it and are able, the inconsistencies that are present in Marcel Lefebre's actions and words. In the first sermon, he says he has always fought the errors of Vatican 2. Yet there is evidence that he signed the documents of Vartican 2 for himself and another bishop. If he really thought that Vatican 2 was in error why did he just refuse to sign the documents, walk out of the Council and go home? In the second sermon, I do not understand or accept his vision of "Eternal Rome."
I an grateful that Marcel Lefebre helped to keep alive the Traditional Latin Mass as well as the traditional sacraments. They should have never been suppressed. But through his own words in these homilies, it once again becomes clear to me that he is not another St. Athanasius. He is a modern day Origen or Tertullian. He ultimately appears to be an opportunist. He knew that he was making himself another Pope by consecrating those bishops. And it appears that is what he wanted even though he proclaims the opposite in the second sermon . His words in both homilies betray him and he appears to be a liar.
