Hi guys! 💕 This video goes over my IVF Transfer prep + protocol, as well as what I ate and other tips I got along the way to promote a successful transfer! Of course there's much more that goes into getting that BFP (Big Fat Positive!) but I hope this helps even the tiniest bit!!

Hi everyone! Going through my second transfer. For anyone else about to go through this I just wanted to say it’s different for everyone. The progesterone shots don’t hurt at all for me. I don’t rub it in or use a heating pad either. Just in case you are scared about them, I wanted to share, hopefully it will be okay for you. Anyway, congrats on the successful transfer Anna!

Can’t wait for your new video. You film and edit these videos really well, there’s everything I want to know explained clearly. Nervous about my first IVF round, starting taking hormones for egg retrival in April. Also, interesting to know how is it in the States, I’m in Europe!
My transfer day is November 20th this year (as of right now) hopefully we stay on track so I can be pregnant for thanksgiving 🤞🏻

Mine didnt either. I also dont see my doctor anywhere near as much as she sees hers. Most of my appointments are with nurses 🤷♀️
Emily Rider your office sounds a lot like mine! I’ve only ever talked to the actual doctor in the moments before my retrieval and during my last transfer (that’s out of 2 retrieval’s, one transfer, and 5 IUI’s so far). He’s a nice guy, and I would love to see more of him
@@marysheridan8307 wow you've been through so much! I feel the same about my doctor. The nurses are great, but it seems like some times they hold back what they can and can't say. Add the endless stream of people in the waiting room, I feel kind of like herded experimental livestock. Definitely a feeling of IVF no one ever mentioned.

Same! When I heard how much higher her egg count was than mine I started second guessing every thing I did! Just have to keep telling myself not everyone's journey is the same and I need to educate myself not just rely on my doctor

I’ve wondered that, but I cannot!! I alternate butt cheek hehe, I’m still in the middle of it. (Somedays its 2 intramuscular injections so far I do those on the same cheeks, 1st one hurt! I use warm pad.. TRANSFER tomorrow yes!! 1/13/20 So hopeful and excited to finally meet my lil embryo. Wish us luck keep us in your prayers.

For anyone who is going through IVF get the progesterone ethyl oleate rather than the traditional, its less painful. I tried both

Thanks for telling the truth about pain associated with the endometrial biopsy. Grateful you don't have endometriosis. You had a good md to offer you the biopsy. Many women with unusual bleeding are misdiagnosed and mistreated for cancer bc they were denied the biopsy. Later they learn via D & C that they actually had endometrial cancer. Thankful you are healthy.
Did you start your FET meds your very first period following after egg retrieval or did you skip that cycle and wait for the next month’s cycle?

Hello ❤️I’m having a transfer next month and I wanted to know about exercising. I know you mentioned you worked out. Could you say if you were working out before lupron, or before lupron? What exercises? I know is your case but I want to be informed of how other ladies manage exercises. I want to move and exercise at least mild movements. Thank you
did you film the egg retrieval? how many days of estrogen you did injections 10days? did you take something to stop an ovulation? when did you have your eggs retrieved and how many were there?
What’s is better medicated cycle or natural? I ovulate normally every month w a 28 cycle
Awe congratulations! What TSH level did your doctor have you at before starting IVF? I recall from another video that you hypothyroidism. I feel like my doctor doesn’t care that it’s above 2.5

Andrea Sta ana I go over the supplements I took in this video! :) the only supplement I didn’t cover in this video was protein shakes and yes, my doctor actually told me to incorporate whey protein into my routine, which I already was taking
Anna Victoria yes im sorry about that that i didnt finish the entire video, was just excited to know. Anyways, i will start taking ubiquinol and i believe it was in one of ur videos. And my treatment will start in last week of March. So hopefully one month of ubiquinol can help a little bit. So anyways u continued taking fish oil, multivitamins and vit d3 and discontinued the ubuiquinol? Correct me if im wrong . thank u so much for ur help from all ur videos. Did you do any strength training during this time?
I assume the biopsy for endometriosis (was it the ReceptivaDX?) cane back as negative for markers? You never said if endo was an issue or if that was why you used microdose lupron to suppress ovulation.
