From our experience moderating, recording and editing panels, voice actors not meeting each other till at cons/events is not out of the ordinary (we have many panels before where voice actors have said that they have not met till at events). Since many voice actors have "sessions" blocked out to record show(s), they are not in a (or that) specific recording studio at the same time. At best, they may see each other in passing between sessions.
