I doubt it's a US channel. The lip syncing of the actresses is very weird, I have a feeling it's eastern Europe with a voice actors voice over from the US or something.
It's likely not a US channel. Such channels often are filmed in Western-European countries, that don't even speak English as the first language (which explains some weird phrasing). Also, Kinder Eggs are still legal in most European countries from what I know.

They try to market to children at the same time as people who watch it for fetish content, which is just a disgusting combination. Both of these audiences will watch more for their own specific reason (bright colours and loud noises for kids, obviously the fetish stuff for the kinksters) rather than the actual plot, which is why it's so all over the place. Sadly these two audiences are very big and easy to market to, which is why content farms like this have been combining them for a long time, think Elsagate.
