I love Giulia's bedroom, it's so lovely.
I don't mind the tree house having more stuff, we can alweis pretend the save is set after the movie so the added things in it.
A way to make the fish store fonctionable is to put the market table from selvadorada and organises garage sales, so we can pretend Massimo is running a store. We can go fish and put the fish for sale on the table.
The seamonster form will be very interesting, it's like the mermaid from nightmare before chrismas.
Yesss the market stalls were brought up in discord. I’ll have to see if I can get some of them to fit.

From what I've heard from other simmers, the rental system is fine if you only use it for residental. The problem and save file corruptions seem to occur when you have sims use the landlord function and own rental lots.
Of course, I understand your hesitation still since this is the Sims and the game can be buggy either way. Especially since this is a shared save file i'm not sure how the rentals would act if someone were to download the save. I hope EA fixes it one day but considering Dine Out has been buggy for years....
Yesss I've heard this too. I think because my game has been so buggy since for rent was introduced, I'm very nervous about it. I plan to mess around with rental residentials in a copy of the save and see what happens, eventually.
If you use the stall from home chef hustle, you can run the fish store as a live-in business. Though, I'm not sure how well that food stall would fit into the environment.

On a serious note. This build is so lovely! And it will be very fun to use the rentals for one’s own sims.
I also worry EA will never fix the dlc. I don’t know, maybe at some point your can make two versions, one with for rent rentals and one without. That way if the one with rentals corrupts, you still have the other one as a backup. Plus I am not sure what will happen if someone doesn’t have for rent and tries to run a save with rentals and sims inhabiting the rentals!
