Documents required and important things:
• NEGATIVE RT-PCR report should be carried along by all who want to visit Kartarpur.
• Pilgrims should carry a print out of the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).
• Indian Pilgrims shall carry valid Indian passport along with ETA.
• Persons of Indian origin shall carry the Overseas Citizen of India Card along with passports of their country along with ETA.
• Travel by ETA is valid from dawn to dusk on the date of travel; Pilgrims will go in the morning and shall have to return the
same day;
• Pilgrims shall be allowed to visit only Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib and not anywhere else.
• Smoking, drinking and use of tobacco are not allowed.
• Do not touch any unattended article. Inform about anything suspicious to the authorities.
• Playing loud music and photography without permission is not allowed.
• Each Pilgrim can carry currency as per RBI regulations, 11000 rupees per person.
• One baggage upto 7 Kg weight including drinking water may be carried.

No it won't be...because your it's piligrim visit and also...there is no passport stamp. It won't be a problems...

Is RT-PCR covid Test report mandatory even if have double dose vaccine?
Yes it is
I got travel permission/authorisation to visit kartarpur on 13th march(sunday). Till now I have not taken RTPCR test...Even if I take the test tommorrow the result might not come intime(as it takes 24-48 hours) before sunday morning. Can't i visit kartarpur without valid RTPCR covid test report?
